FREQUENTLY asked questions

  • Vibrational medicine is an integrative approach that examines how energy frequencies can influence the body’s natural systems. From a scientific perspective, it recognises that all matter exhibits unique vibrational patterns, and disturbances in these rhythms may contribute to physical, emotional, or psychological imbalances.

From a more holistic view, vibrational medicine also honours the subtle energy field that surrounds and flows through us, suggesting that restoring harmony in these vibrations can support not only physical wellbeing, but also emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a deeper sense of connection with oneself and the world.

Some modalities of vibrational medicine include homoeopathy, colour and light therapy, and flower essence therapy.

  • No, they are not the same. Flower essence therapy uses the vibrational imprint of the flower or plant, whereas aromatherapy utilises the biochemical properties of the flower or plant (or aromatic oils). Additionally, aromatherapy oils have a distinct scent of the plant, whereas flower essences do not.

  • Flower essences can be used by anyone. They are a simple remedy anyone can use to balance their emotions. Specifically, children, empaths, and highly sensitive people respond well to the remedies.

  • The essences do contain a very small amount of alcohol. A 25ml tincture contains 5ml or 1 teaspoon of alcohol (brandy). As the remedies are taken as 4 drops at a time, this is a tiny amount of alcohol per dose and is safe for most people. If you do not intend to consume alcohol in the tincture base, the remedies can be applied externally.
